Book Review & Give Away ~ Start Here

What an fantastic little book!  Oh my word!  As the parent of two teenagers I wanted to check out this book to see if this is something that one or both of my sons might want to read.  I sat down and started to read through this book and was blown away by how easy it was to read as well as the candid and inspiring words found on its pages.

I called my sixteen year old son into the room, handed it to him and asked him to take a look at it.  He started reading it and his eyes lit up...within minutes he was already talking about who he wanted to give a copy of the book to in youth group.  Not bad for only having the book in his hands for ten minutes.  Which tells me that it's a keeper!

I also love the fact this book empowers and inspires our youth to make a difference in their lives and the lives of the people around them.  They don't have to wait until everything is just right they just have to START HERE!

From the back of the book;

Do Hard Things inspired thousands of young people around the world to make the most of the teen years.  Now Alex and Brett Harris are back and ready to tackle the questions that Do Hard Things inspires: How do I get started? What do I do when I get discouraged? What's the best way to inspires others? Filled with stories and insights from Alex, Brett, and other real-life rebelutionaries, Start Here is a powerful and practical guide to doing hard things, right where you are.

Are you ready to take the next step and blast past mediocrity for the glory of God?

Guess what...

I'm going to be giving away one copy of this incredible book THIS WEEK!

Mel, I have seen these two young men and listened to them speak. They are awesome and inspire not only to kids but adults alike.

It's great to see that they have written another book. "Doing Hard Things" is a great book and I look forward to getting the next at some point.

God is blessing their lives because they are following His will!

Blessings to you!

This looks like a great book for my soon to be 15 year old daughter. She is on fire for the Lord & truly loves serving Him. And as a matter of fact, she is the one that led me to Him a couple of years ago...(thank you God!). I've noticed lately that she's seems a bit saddened & discouraged b/c of her lack of true friends. This is b/c she's chosen to make Godly choices in her way of living. She definitely needs encouragement and she continues her walk with Him. It would be a true blessing to be considered for this drawing.

Thank you in advance for your consideration!

God Bless!!!

We certainly need to anything we can to inspire out children to think of others first, because that is not the culture we are living. Thanks for reviewing this book...I'd love a copy!
