I LOVE those "motivational" posters that have one word, then an amazing picture and a quote on it. It is truly remarkable how a picture can say SO much without even having to say the words...isn't it?

This last month has been a month of major change in my life. I feel like the little caterpillar that is kicking and trying to break free from the cocoon...I KNOW something amazing is on the other side, I KNOW that God is stretching me and pushing me to reach HIS limits (not mine), but my goodness it can be hard.

God has blessed me with this amazing opportunity to reach new heights, to exand my ministry, and to grow His Kingdom, and I am so stinkin' excited about it...but at the same time I grieve a little for my previous ministry. The ministry that I built with God's grace and mercy, the team that I mentored, the friends that I love, the growth that I was able to be a part of.

I know that I had to move out of the way for others to be able to grow and prosper, and I know that God is not finished with me and my ministry...(which is pretty cool to think about), as I seek God's guidance and purpose I know that if I call to him, like in Jeremiah 33:3 "Call to me and I will tell you great and unsearchable things that you did not know", that He will answer me and give me His plan.

Here's what I can tell's been 4 weeks since I made the change and God is already at work...this weekend I was able to be a part of Baptism at Flamingo Road Church, and between ALL our campuses we baptized 49 people. This was an unannounced, spur of the moment, reach them with the message and watch God grab their heart weekend...and it was awesome! 49 people stepped into the water and acted in obedience by being baptized and atleast 5 of them JUST accepted Christ this weekend!!! Go God!!!

Thanks so much for your prayers, love, and is such a blessing!
